What these terms cover
These terms apply to anyone who visits heysigna.com and to authorized Signa team members who use Signa Ads. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the software.
The website
heysigna.com describes the work Signa does. The content is for information. It is not an offer that binds either side until we both sign an agreement. Signa's original text and design belong to Signa. Third-party material on the site, such as fonts, photos, and logos, belongs to its owners. You may read and share the pages. You may not copy them as your own or use the site to interfere with our systems.
Signa Ads access
Signa Ads is an advertising management application. There is no public signup and no self-service login. Signa grants access to team members who need it to manage advertising accounts with the permission of the account owner, and can change or end that access at any time. If you have access, use it only for authorized work and do not share your credentials.
Connecting accounts
When you connect an account to Signa Ads, you confirm that you own the account or have the account owner's authority to connect it and to grant the permissions requested. The platform shows those permissions when you connect. Permissions are requested for the features that are enabled, and only data relevant to authorized work is processed. The Privacy Policy describes the data each connection may cover.
What Signa Ads can do on a platform depends on that platform's supported interfaces, its approval of our application, and the permissions granted. A platform may not be available, or may be available with limited features.
You can revoke Signa Ads' access through the platform's permission settings. Revoking access stops future reads and changes through that account. It does not undo changes already made or remove records already kept. The Privacy Policy explains how to request deletion.
Oversight and review
Signa Ads uses AI to draft, summarize, analyze, and act. AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Proposed or consequential work, such as a new campaign, new creative, or a budget change, requires review by a responsible person before it is applied. Recurring tasks may run under standing instructions a person has authorized. The person who set those instructions is responsible for keeping them current and for the results they produce.
Third-party platforms and services
Signa Ads depends on advertising platforms and services we do not control, including our hosting and AI providers. Each platform's own terms and policies apply to your account there. Platforms can change, limit, or interrupt access without notice. We are not responsible for their availability, their decisions about your account, or their own terms and obligations to you.
No guaranteed outcomes
Advertising results depend on markets, platforms, budgets, and audiences we do not control. We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, sales, return on ad spend, or any other result.
Client agreements come first
Services Signa provides to clients are governed by a separate signed agreement. That agreement sets fees, intellectual property, confidentiality, and any warranties or limits. Where it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
